Assessment and Planning: A Development/Fundraising Plan:  A review is made of the organization past experience and patterns.  That information is analyzed and recommendations are provided which of areas which are working, of those which need modification, and of places where new efforts should be started.  This information is then translated into a plan with action steps, resources needed, calendar of implementation and how to implement recommendations.

Increased Donations Programs: Individual giving is still the largest source of funding for nonprofits in the United States.  Every organization must be attentive to its giving patterns and to ways to increase giving so that programs can maintained and new programs created.  Whether an organization depends on weekly contributions, monthly donations or annual drives or special drives, this program is designed to help increase donations to your organization. 

Establishment of Development Team of Volunteers:  Unable to have a Development Officer on your staff? This program addresses that need and in partnership with the organizations leadership developes a team of volunteers to take on development responsibilities.  The scope of the teams responsibilities can be designed to meet organizational leadership goals.  Volunteers are trained and a development plan is designed and implemented.

Database Design for Maximum Effect:  We live is a technological age.  Technology is not only becoming a preferred method of communications and public relations, it is also an essential tool in information management.  Membership records today must include more than names, addresses and telephone numbers. This program is designed to maximum an organizations use of its information on members, clients, donors and volunteers so that it may better serve and enlist their engagement.

Reorganizing Fundraisers for Maximum Benefit: Did you ever have the feeling that a fundraising effort was not worth the staff time, volunteer talent and resources that it was taking?  This program is designed to help an organization assess the profitability and benefits of its fundraisers and if need be to reorganize them in a way that provides greater benefit in terms of dollars raised, volunteer satisfaction and organizational community-building.

Planned Giving Programs:  Many nonprofits are so busy raising the funds needed for this years programs that development of resources for future need can only rarely be addressed.  Planned Giving however is an essential for any nonprofit.  This program is designed to meet that need and to design and implement a planned giving program.  This program may be coupled with educational activities or services on Living Wills if an organization should desire.

ADVANCED SERVICES:

Creating a Five Year Plan of Service and Funding: Having a plan for a nonprofit organization is an essential.  It isnt enough to have this years budget in writing and "kind-of" idea of what next years will look like.  The organizations budget describes its plan and hopes for services it will provide and its belief about what is future (and growth) may be.  This service helps a budget to anticipate rising costs and future program needs so that future decisions about budgeting, programming, staffing and new programs can be made by an informed leadership.

Database Segmentation for Maximum Benefit:  This service helps nonprofit to know its constituents better and to provide them with a more satisfying experience of their participation in the organization and its mission.   It helps organizations to meet people where they are and to identify those who assist in variety of ways.

Establishment of an Endowment Program: Many nonprofits plan to create an endoemtn fund but rarely take the time to do so.   This service helps the organization to identify its endowment need, to establish an endowment fund, which is then offered to its supporters as a way of providing on-going gifts to the organization and its work.

Pledge Drive for Special Purpose (Major Gift Campaign or Capital Campaign):  Whether it is to purchase new equipment (e.g. bus), start a new program or to generate funds for a specific purpose (assessment drive, every member canvass, disaster relief fund), Pledge Drives require planning, thought and information.   This service brings all the components pieces together so that the pledge drive or special campaign can be the most beneficial.

Grants including Faith Base Initiatives - Grants from the Federal Government:  Grant writing requires time, scheduling, attention and a solid presentation.  This service provides with grant writing services and implementation or with training in grant writing for its volunteer or staff to implement.
